Yellow,orange,brown,these are the autumn colours , so I decided to put them all together and make a delicius and healthy banana and mango milkshake. In case you dindn’t know, I love milkshakes and I love making them by myself and I really like this one!
This is what you need for this banana and mango milkshake :
- 1 banana
- 1/2 mango (you can replace it with a pear)
- 2 glasses of oat milk ( you can use any other kind of vegetable milk: soy milk,almond milk,rice milk,etc)
- 3 nuts
- 1/2 teaspoon of coconut
- 1/2 teaspoon of flaxseeds
- a bit of curcuma
Put everything in a blender and blend it for a few seconds and voilà,your tasty milkshake is ready!
Notes: If you want it a little bit sweeter ,you can add some honey and a little bit of love.
